Samuel Camblin Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser

Samuel B. Camblin is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed General Contractor, and active investor in the lower Cape Fear region. Sam is also a member of the Cape Fear Realtors, FHA Roster Appraiser, and contributing appraiser with the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity. After graduating from the UNCW Cameron School of Business, Sam was able to pursue his passion in real estate by assisting lenders, attorneys, brokers, and individual homeowners with their appraisal needs. Through his years of experience and sheer diversity provided by our coastal environment, Sam has had the opportunity to fine-tune his professional skills to fit the unique needs of clients within this market area. When he is not appraising, Sam can be found playing soccer in the local men’s league, running the Cross City Trail, or spending time with his wife and three kids.
